You can find out whether the Ag Ed program meets the requirements for certification in your home state by reviewing Ag Ed. If the Ag Ed program at ABAC does not meet the requirements in your home state, you have the option to sign an attestation that you do not intend to return to your home state after graduation. Out of State ASN and BSN StudentsThe state of Georgia is a member of the Nurse License Compact (NLC), which allows graduates of the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College's ASN and BSN programs who pass the NCLEX-RN exam to apply for a license that will be good in all forty-two states that belong to the compact. The NLC publishes a map the shows which states belong to the compact (see NLC Map). ASN and BSN candidates from states that are not part of the compact may sign an attestation that you do not intend to return to your home state after graduation. Complaint Resolution for Fully-Online Out of State Students Fully-online students who live outside the state of Georgia and have completed the ABAC Institutional Complaint Procedure may appeal ABAC's decision to the Georgia State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (GA-SARA) Portal.
